We can help!  With our vast product experience, we will work with you and any others involved in your care (caregiver, physician) to fit you with the best products available.

When will my order be shipped?
In stock orders placed before 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day.  We also provide priority shipping services. Please call us for priority shipping rates. 

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is free on every order over $75.00!  For orders below this, a low flat rate of $4.95 will apply.  Our preferred shipping method is through Fed-ex.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship internationally? 
Presently, we ship within the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to A.P.O, and APO or FPO addresses. However, we hope to provide these services in the future.

What if I want to return my purchase?
We offer an industry leading return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return the item within 90 days in its original unused packaging for a full refund.

Please call customer care or email customer support before returning items to Healthcare Ahead.  A completed Return Authorization form is needed for returning items.    

Will I be charged sales tax on my order? 
Healthcare Ahead is proudly based in Illinois.  By law we are required to collect sales tax on certain products provided to Illinois residents.  Orders placed outside of the Illinois will not be subject to sales tax. 

Do you bill Medicare or private insurance?
To provide the lowest prices and most prompt order processing, we are unable to bill insurance at this time.  Your insurance provider may reimburse you directly for your purchases by providing your receipt. Please check with your provider directly for their policies and procedures. 

Do I need a prescription to purchase products?
Some of the items we sell require a prescription for use.  For example, intermittent catheters, foley catheters and some durable medical equipment. If you are a new customer or we don't have a prescription on file for the product you are ordering, please fax or email the prescription given to you by your doctor's office. 

Or, please email us with your physician's name and phone number and we will obtain the prescription on your behalf.  If you are a returning customer and have your prescription on file, we will ship without delay upon placing your order.
