If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 90 days in its original unused packaging for a full refund.

We are unfortunately unable to accept returns on opened packages of these products:

  • Urologicals and Catheters
  • Bath and Safety items

Before returning items to Healthcare Ahead, a completed Return Authorization form is needed. We will issue a Return Authorization number. Once we receive the returned product and Return Authorization form, we will gladly issue a credit on your credit card, PayPal account or through Google Checkout.  

  • To show our commitment, Healthcare Ahead will pay the return shipping, no questions asked. Please call or email us with any questions.

Cancellation of Orders

If an order is cancelled after it’s shipped, you must accept the shipment and file a Return Authorization. If the delivery is refused, a 25% re-stocking will be assessed and deducted from the credit.
